Individual programming is available to athletes who have been training consistently and would like customized programming to develop strength, conditioning, or mobility. It is not a substitute for classes, it is an option for further development. Programs are assigned a minimum of 3x/week.
The cost of Individual Programming is consistent attendance and recovery. In order to be eligible athletes must have attended 20 classes in the past month or 35 classes in the past 2 months. And, achieve an 8/10 recovery score.
All Individual Programming is done month-to-month and athletes must maintain 18 classes/month minimum to be eligible for the following month.
