Free Trial Class

Thursday trial classes are an opportunity for new athletes to see what our classes are like. New athletes may attend any of our Thursday trial classes. To register for a session use the link below.


On-Ramp

The On-Ramp program will teach you the basics of CrossFit and prepare you to thrive in the group classes. The fee includes a two-month unlimited membership to the gym. With a coach, you will cover the basics of movement, nutrition, and mindset. The On-Ramp consists of 10 x 1 hour one-on-one sessions and 2 x 1 hour group classes with your coach. Your coach will decide which two group classes you will take and when, based on the programming of the class and your progression. This is an opportunity to try a couple of classes and discuss how they went with your coach during your next one-on-one session, allowing the coach to personalize your training. All new athletes are required to complete the On-Ramp before joining the larger group class sessions (with the exception of the two classes selected by your coach). If you wish to skip a free trial class and begin the On-Ramp immediately, click the link below.
