Free Trial Class

Thursday trial classes are an opportunity for new athletes to see what our classes are like. New athletes may attend any of our Thursday trial classes. To register for a session use the link below.


The On-Ramp program will teach you the basics and prepare you to thrive in the group classes. The On-Ramp consists of 3 x 1 hour sessions. With a coach, you will cover the basics of movement, nutrition, and mindset. All new athletes are required to complete the On-Ramp before joining the larger class sessions.
