Ingredients:
- 2 cups green beans
- 1 pinch salt
Steps:
- Rinse beans in water and cut the ends off.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Put the beans in the pot, all at once, and let them boil for 7-8 minutes.
- Remove the beans and put them directly into another pot of cold water (this stops the cooking process and set the colour).
- Drain and shake out the water, then serve.
