Coached: All our classes are coached from start to finish by a CrossFit trainer. We will guide you through a warm-up, movement instruction, and the WOD (workout of the day).
Open to all Fitness Levels: Whether you are an experienced athlete or have never worked out, classes will challenge your current abilities. This is accomplished by adjusting the workout of the day to meet your current fitness level (our coaches will help you do this!).
1-Hour: Improving your fitness does not have to be a full-time job. Classes are 60 minutes in length, including warm-up and prep time. We recommend athletes train 4-6x/week to see the maximum benefits from classes.
Constantly Varied: CrossFit is a general physical preparedness program. The goal is to have strength, power, speed, stamina, endurance, flexibility, balance, accuracy, agility, and coordination, all at the same time. To train for complete fitness, each day the workout is different. We vary the duration, movements, and loading to train for general fitness. In other words, you get to do a bit of everything and a different workout every day!
