If you are looking to get fit, this is the program. Our CrossFit workouts are for beginners and experienced athletes. CrossFit group classes are led by a coach and 1-hour in length. During each class we work on conditioning, strength, mobility, and more. All class times are open to new athletes.


Barbell WOD is a small group program focused on Olympic Weightlifting and strength development. Classes run Mon/Wed/Fri from 1:30-3pm. To register for a trial session, send us a message here.

*This program is for athletes proficient with Olympic Weightlifting, and able to commit to 3x/week of sessions. Barbell is not for drop-ins.


The Teens program is for athletes aged 12-18. Each class is 1 hour and 15 minutes in length, and includes a warm-up, technical focus, and WOD (workout of the day). For more info, click here.
