Sean was introduced to CrossFit towards the end of his academics at the Royal Military College of Canada as a form of combat fitness training. The wide array of skills and weightlifting in CrossFit sparked his interest after struggling to stay motivated in the gym. After trying to teach himself the movements and skills of CrossFit with minimal success, Sean sold his PlayStation to pay for his first month at CrossFit Queen Street. A few months later, Sean received his CrossFit Level 1 at NorCal Crossfit after an impulse trip to San Jose, California in August 2015 and began coaching at Queen Street shortly after. He is excited to share his CrossFit experience and knowledge to help others achieve their goals. Sean enjoys cool socks, pizza, and making a fool of himself.
