Choose your Path

When you become a member at CrossFit Queen Street, we encourage you to choose a class time, and to come consistently to that class-time. All of our coaches are responsible for the same class-time each day. Coming to the same time will let the coach get to know you better, and will make it easier for your coach to guide you in your training and long-term development. We see each class as its own family; athletes in the same class time look out for each other, support each other, and are invested in each other’s successes.

We want all our athletes to grow and be supported in their quest to become better. Becoming better can mean different things for different athletes. We consider the diversity of our athletes and their goals as one of our community’s greatest strengths. To start we recommend identifying WHY you are training. Below are 3 common paths that athletes may take depending on what they are looking to achieve. These paths are not based on ability, but intention. Each path represents a mindset inside and outside the gym.
