Skill/conditioning: 

A. Back Squat 

  • Sets 1-6 (6 sets): 3 reps @ 80-85%
  • Rest 3 minutes 

B. Take 10 minutes to Establish a Heavy Triple Power Clean 

C. AMRAP in 12 minutes of: 

  • Row 
  • 25m Burpee Broad Jumps
  • * Row however long it takes your partner to finish the Burpee broad jumps. If you don't have a partner, then Row for 1 minute
