Set 1 – 8 @ 70%
Set 2 – 6 @ 75%
Set 3 – 4 @ 80%
Set 4 – 8 @ 75%
Set 5 – 6 @ 80%
Set 6 – 4 @ 85%
Rest 3 minutes

B. Four sets of:
8-10 Bulgarian Split Squats
60 seconds of Double-Unders
45-60 second Ring Plank

C. For Max Reps:
2 minutes of Box Jumps
2 minutes of Sit-Ups
2 minutes of Pushups
