Workout of the Day

A. Back Squat
Sets 1-6 – 6 @ 80-85%
Rest 3 minutes
*Note: this is the same weight as last week adding 1 rep. If it was way too easy can increase the weight slightly. 

B. “Goat Practice”
Every minute, on the minute, for 20 minutes:
Minute 1 – Goat 1
Minute 2 – Goat 2
*Choose two movements you need to practice and a set number of reps for each one.
