A. Five sets of:
60 seconds of Double-Unders
Rest 30 seconds
8-12 Bent Over Rows
Rest 30 seconds
30-60 second Ring Plank
Rest 1 minute

B. Spend 10 minutes practicing Handstands
*During this time accumulate 30-50 Ring Rows. 
**Start on the wall, and then go to freestanding and walking if comfortable.
