A. Six sets of:
3 Split Jerks @ 70-80%
Rest 2 minutes
*Notes: pause in dip on first rep.
B. Three sets, not for time, of:
10-15 One Arm Kettle Bell Rows @ 21X1
3-5 Strict Handstand Pushups or Wall Walks
15-30 second L-Hang
C. Every minute, on the minute, for 20 minutes:
Minute 1 – GOAT 1
Minute 2 – GOAT 2
