A. AMRAP in 8 minutes of:
3 Strict Pull-Ups
5 Strict Pushups (or Ring Dips)

B. Every minute, on the minute, for 30 minutes:
Minute 1 – 12 Burpees
Minute 2 – 20 Kettle Bell Swings
Minute 3 – 30 Double Unders


*This is a big workout. If you need to scale the reps please do so to something you feel will challenge you to stay on the minute for the full 30 minutes.
