A. Four sets of:
6 Front Squats @ 75-80%

B. Five sets of:
1 Hang Snatch + 1 Snatch + 2 Overhead Squats
Rest 60-90 seconds

C. 21-15-9 Rep rounds for time of:
Overhead Squats (135/95lbs)
Toes-to-Bar
