Workout of the Day

A. Five sets of:
3 Reps of “You pick the lift”
*Notes: depending on how your body if feeling spend 15-20 minutes practicing a lift of your choice. Nothing overly fatiguing. 

Every minute, on the minute, for 20 minutes:
Minute 1 – GOAT 1
Minute 2 – GOAT 2

*Notes: the next few days of programming are centered around the competition going on this Saturday. We are going to be backing off the volume and giving everyone a chance to feel well rested going into Saturday. Yesterday was the last ‘hard’ day of training. Now we recover and touch up on some skills.
