Workout of the Day
A. Six sets of:
1 Snatch Pull + Hang Snatch (high-hang)
*Snatch Pull: 3 second pause above the knee.
Rest 90 seconds
B. Four sets of:
6 Front Squats (moderate weight)
Rest 2 minutes
C. Every minute, on the minute, for 20 minutes:
Minute 1 – 30 seconds of Rowing (moderate)
Minute 2 – 5-10 Burpees
*This workout should not be overly fatiguing, we are looking to get a light aerobic piece in and get the body moving after the member comp this weekend.
