1 Power Clean + 1 Clean
*Working up to today’s heaviest weight. 

B. Three sets of:
10 Back Squats (moderate)
Rest 30 seconds
3 Box Jumps (max height)
Rest 2 minutes 


B. Every minute, on the minute, for 20 minutes:
Minute 1 – GOAT 1
Minute 2 – GOAT 2
