A. Deadlift
Set 1 – 8 @ 50%
Set 2 – 6 @ 60%
Set 3 – 4 @ 70%
Set 5 – 2 @ 80%
Set 6-8 – 2 @ 80-85%
Rest 2-3 minutes
*Perform 5-15 pushups between each set. 

B. ARMAP in 3 minutes of:
15 Thrusters (135/95lbs)
Max Row

AMRAP in 3 minutes of:
15 Burpee Box Jump Overs
