45-60 second Chinese Plank (weight if needed)

 In teams of 2, complete for time:

80 Double-Unders

70 Slam Balls 

60 Toes-to-Bar

50 Sit-ups 

40 Pull-Ups 

*One partner holds their respective Slam Ball until the other partner has completed their reps.
