Workout of the Day

A. Six sets of:
2 Push Press + 2 Jerks (pause in dip)
Rest 2 minutes

B. For 10 minutes: 
2-3 sets of:
30-60 second Wall Facing Handstand OR 15-20m Handstand Walk
5-12 Strict Toes-to-Bar

C. Every minute, on the minute, for 20 minutes:
Minute 1 – GOAT 1
Minute 2 – GOAT 2
