1 Paused Snatch Pull + 1 High Hang Snatch
*Snatch Pull: 3 seconds at below knee, above knee, and high hang. 

B. Five sets of:
3 Front Squats – HEAVY

C. Partner Workout
For time:
100 Deadlifts (185/125lbs)
100 Box Jumps (24/20”)
100 Double-Unders
100 Wall Balls (20/14lbs)
1000m Row
*25 minute time cap. 
**Perform in teams of 2-3.
