Workout of the Day

A. In 10 minutes, complete: 
Four sets of:
Max Strict Pull-Ups or Ring Rows
Followed by, a 30 second ACTIVE Bar Hang
*Notes: NO BANDS ALLOWED, either partner assisted pull-ups, OR Ring Rows. 

B. In teams of 2-3, AMRAP in 25 minutes of:
Row
15m Farmers Carry (HEAVY)
10 Burpees
15m Farmers Carry
*Note: the person performing the Farmers Carry will determine the rotation time. Score is total number of meters rowed.
