A. Four sets of:
8 Front Squats @ 70-75%
Rest 2-3 minutes

B. Five sets of:
1 Hang Power Clean + 1 Hang Clean + 1 Push Press
*Notes: all done from above the knee.

C. 18-15-12-9-6-3 rep rounds for time of:
Deadlifts
Box Jumps
