A. Five sets of:
3 Bench Press @ 80-85%
Rest 2-3 minutes

B. For 15 minutes, choose 1 or 2 of the following skills and work on them:
Muscle-Ups
Pull-Ups
Toes-to-Bar
Handstand Pushups
Handstand Hold
Double-Unders 

C. With a partner, for time:
20 Over-Unders
800m Row
*Break up as desired, only 1 person works at a time.
