Workout of the Day

A. Every 90 seconds for 9 minutes (6 sets), of:
1 Power Clean + 1 Clean

B. Three sets of:
10 Back Squats (+5-10lbs from last week)

C. Every minute, on the minute, for 20 minutes:
Minute 1 – Strength 1
Minute 2 – GOAT 2

*For the ‘GOAT’ practice this week we want you to pick one exercise which you are strong at and one that you struggle with for the alternating minutes.
