A. Take 15 minutes to Establish a Heavy Single Thruster

B. “Queen Street”
For total reps, 3 minutes to complete each of the following couplets, if completed in under 3 minutes, move immediately to the next couplet:
1. 5 rounds of:
10 Kettle Bell Swings (53/35lbs)
10 Sit-Ups

2. 5 rounds of:
8 Deadlifts (225/155lbs)
8 Box Jumps (24/20”)

3. 5 rounds of:
6 Thrusters (135/95lbs)
6 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups

4. 5 rounds of:
4 Power Cleans (225/155lbs)
4 Deficit Handstand Pushups (10/6”)

5. 5 rounds of:
2 Snatchs (225/155lbs)
2 Muscle-Ups 

*For the purposes of this workout each athlete will be allowed to advance to at least the third couplet, even if they are unable to complete the required reps within the time cap.
