A. Six sets of:
1 Paused Snatch Pull + 1 High Hang Snatch + 1 Snatch
*Snatch Pull: 3 seconds at below knee, above knee, and high hang.
B. Every minute, on the minute, for 10 minutes:
2 Front Squats @ 80%
C. Every minute, on the minute, for 10 minutes:
Minute 1 – 5 Power Cleans
Minute 2 – 50 Double-Unders
*Everyone should be doing Double-Unders for this portion, if you cannot do 50, scale the reps (not the movement).
D. For time:
100 Ab-Mat Sit-Ups
*4 minute time cap.
