2 Cleans @ 80%+
*These may be power or full. 

B. Three sets of:
10 Back Squats (+5-10lbs from last week)

C. Every minute, on the minute, for 20 minutes:
Minute 1 – GOAT 1
Minute 2 – GOAT 2
