Warm-Up:

  • 400-meter jog

  • 3 minutes of dynamic stretching

Skill/Conditioning:

A.   Hang Power Clean

  • Set 1 – 5 @ 50%

  • Set 2 – 5 @ 60%

  • Set 3-6 – 5 @ 65-75%

B.    4 Rounds NOT for time of: 

  • 200 meter jog

  • 10 air squats

  • 10 sit-ups
