Skill/Conditioning:

A. Clean 

- Hang Clean, catching at 2', 4', 6', 8' depth. 

- Set 1: Bar warm-up 

- Set 2: 5 reps @ 50%

- Set 3: 5 reps @ 60% 

- Set 4-6: 5 reps @ 65% 

**Not going heavy. Focus on PERFECT technique** 

B. Every minute, on the minute, for 12 minutes of: 

- 1st Minute: 30 seconds Handstand Holds 

- 2nd Minute: 30 Double Unders

- 3rd Minute: 20 AbMat Sit-ups
