A. Squat

- Set 1: Bar warm-up

- Set 4-6: 4 reps @ 70% 

B. Snatch 

- Hang Snatch Above Knee + Hang Snatch Below Knee

C. 21-15-9, for time, of: 

- Double Unders 

- Kettlebell Swings 

- Box Jumps
