Skill/Conditioning: 

A. Front Squat: 

  • Take 10 minutes to work up to a heavy single (at least 3 reps over 85%) 
  • Then:
    • 3 sets of 6 reps @ 70% 

B. 5 sets of: 

  • 1 High-Hang Snatch + 1 Hang Snatch (above the knee)

*Rest 2 minutes

C. Every 3 minutes for 15 minute: 

  • 2 minutes to complete:
    • Box Jumps
    • 10 Kettlebell Swings (70lbs/53lbs) 
    • 15 Push-ups
