A. Deadlift

  • Set 1: 5 @ 50%
  • Set 2: 5 @ 60% 
  • Set 3-6: 10 @ 65-75% 
  • Rest 2-3 minutes 

*Exactly the same weight as last week. 

. Every 5 minutes, for 15 minutes:

  • 3 minutes to complete:
    • 2 Balls Slams (30/20lbs)
    • 4 Double-Unders
    • 4 Balls Slams
    • 8 Double-Unders
    • 6 Slam Balls 
    • 12 Double-Unders 
    • Etc....
