Skill/Conditioning: 

A. Handstand Skill Practice:

  • Spend 15-20 minutes working on: 
    • Handstands, forward rolls. handstand forward rolls, etc.. 

B. In teams of 2, perform for time:

  • 800 meter Row
  • 60 Kettle-Bell Swings (53/35lbs)
  • 30 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20")
  • 60 Sumo-Deadlift High-Pulls (53/35lbs)
  • 800 meter Run
