Skill/Conditioning: 

A. Every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes: 

  • 2 Hang Clans + 1 Clean 
  • *Heaviest possible (with perfect technique) 

B. Back Squat

  • Work up to your 5RM from last week
  • 2 x5 @ last week 5RM

C. 3-5 sets for times of: 

  • 200m Run
  • 10 yard Sled Push 
  • *work in teams of 3-4 and rotate through
