Rest Day or Make-Up Workout 

Optional Workout:

A. Take 15 minute to Establish a heavy triple Push Jerk 

B. 3 minutes to Complete: 

  • 30 Double Unders +
  • 2 sets of:
    • 7 Kettle-Bell Swings 
    • 7 Burpees 

*Add 3 reps t the two movements each round 

**If the reps are completed under 3 minutes, add anther round.
