Skill/Conditioning: 

A. Every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes: 

  • 2 Cleans (with 3 second pause above knee) + 1 Clean 

B. Back Squat

  • Build to 5-RM from 2-weeks ago, then:
  • 3 x 5 @ 5-RM 

C. With a partner, altering, 1 set of: 

  • 4 minutes Wall Balls (set of 10)
  • 3 minutes Box Jumps (set of 10) *Step-down 
  • 2 minutes Burpees Over Partner (set of 5)
