Skill/Conditioning: 

A. Every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes (5 sets): 

  • 1 High-Hang Snatch + 1 Hang Snatch (mid thigh) + 1 Snatch (3 second pause at knee)

B. Front Squat 

  • Set 1: 6 @ 60% 
  • Set 2: 4 @ 70% 
  • Set 3: 2 @ 80% 
  • Set 4: 6 @ 70% 
  • Set 5: 4 @ 80%
  • Set 6: 2 @ 90% 

Rest 2 minutes 

C. 3 Rounds for time:

  • 400 meter Run
  • 20 Burpees 
  • 10 Snatch (135/95lbs)
