Skill/Conditioning: 

A. Front Squat:

  • Set 1: 5 @ 60% 
  • Set 2: 3 @ 70% 
  • Set 3-7: 3 @ 80-85% 
  • Set 8: Max back Squats @ set "7 Front Squat weight"

B. 4 sets of: 

  • 1 Hang Power Clean + 1 Hang Clean (mid-thigh) 
  • Keep the weights light, technique work. 

C. 3 rounds for time of: 

  • 15 Kettle Bell Swings (53/35lbs) 
  • 15 Box Jumps (24/20")
  • 15 Burpees (to target 6" above reach)
