Skill/Conditioning: 

A. Every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes (5 sets): 

  • 4 Back Squats @ 80-85% 

B. Every 90 seconds, for 12 minutes (8sets): 

  • 2 Hang Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat 

C. Every 8 minutes, for 24 minutes (sets): 

  • 8 Front Squats @ 70% 400 meter Run

* Each round is ALL OUT!
