  • Sets 1-3: 5 Pull-Up Negatives @ 61X2
  • Sets 4-5: 5-8 Banded Pull-Ups

A. Muscle-Up Program

  • Set 1-3: 3 Muscle-Up Transitions + 3-10 Dips
  • Set 4-5: 5-10 False Grip Chest-to-Bar Ring Pull-Ups

B. "Heart & Stroke Fundraiser WOD"  

3 rounds for max reps of: 

  • 1 minute Double Unders
  • 1 minute Push-Ups (hand release) 
  • 1 minute Sit-Ups 
  • 1 minute Burpees
  • 1 minute Rest
