A. 6 sets of: 

  • 2 High-Hang Snatch + 1 Hang Snatch (above knee) 
  • Rest 2 minutes 

B. 3 rounds @ 60-70% (recovery effort), of: 

  • 90 second Airdyne
  • 90 second Skipping 
  • 45 second Plank (or ring plank)
  • 45 second REST
