Skill/Conditioning: 

A. Every 60 seconds, for 10 minutes: 

  • 1 Hang Clean + 1 Power Clean 

B. Every minute, on the minute, for 10 minutes:

  • Minute 1 - 5 Hang Power Cleans
  • Minute 2 - 15 Box Jumps

--Rest 5 minutes, then:

Every minute, on the minute, for 10 minutes:

  • Minute 1 - 15 Kettlebell Swings
  • Minute 2 - 25 meter KB Walking Lunges 

**Note: use the same weight for the walking lunges and the swings.
