Sill/Conditioning: 

A. Press

  • Take 15 minutes to Establish a heavy single. 

B. Establish a Max set of kipping Pull-Ups OR Kip practice + 3 sets of Max Pull-Ups 

C. In teams of 2, complete: 

  • 80 Push-ups 
  • 120 Slam Balls
  • 160 Sit-ups
