Fitness Level 1

A. Four sets of:
8 Back Squats (moderate-heavy)
*Base this on feel. 
Rest 20 seconds
5-10 Pushups (or variation)
Rest 2-3 minutes
*Take no more than 25 minutes. 

B. Metcon
AMRAP in 8 minutes of:
7 Kettlebell Swings
7 Ring Rows
7 Box Jumps

 

Fitness Level 2

A. Six sets of:
1 High-Hang Snatch + 1 Hang Snatch + 1 Snatch
Rest 60-90 seconds
*Take no more than 12 minutes. 

B. Three sets of:
8 Back Squats @ 70-75%
Rest 20 seconds
5-10 Handstand Pushups (or variation)
Rest 2-3 minutes
*Take no more than 20 minutes. 

C. Metcon
AMRAP in 8 minutes of:
3 Power Snatch (135/95lbs)
5 Pull-Ups
7 Box Jumps (30/24”)
