Fitness Level 1 and 2

A. 15 minutes of “Pick your Skill Practice”
*1-2 movements you want to work on. Nothing maximal.

B. Every 6 minutes for 30 minutes (5 sets), of:
3 minutes to complete:
500m Row or 90 second Schwinn
Max Double-Unders
*Notes: this workout if meant to be AEROBIC. You should aim to hit a consistent pace on the 500m intervals (close to your 2k PR split), and a consistent number of Double-Unders each time.
