Fitness Level 1

A. For 30 minutes:
- Snatch Technique Practice (high-hang, working down the leg)

B. For max reps:
4 minutes of Box Jumps (24/20”)
3 minutes of Ring Rows
2 minutes of Thrusters (65/35lbs)

 

Fitness Level 2

A. Take 15 minutes to Establish a Heavy Single Clean & Jerk

B. Take 15 minutes to Establish a Heavy Single Snatch

C. For max reps:
4 minutes of Box Jumps (24/20”)
3 minutes of Pull-Ups
2 minutes of Thrusters (95/65lbs)
