Workout of the Day

Fitness Level 1 and 2

A. Take 10 minutes to Practice 
- Handstands (progressions, wall, wall facing, walking, pushups, etc…)

B. Take 20 minutes to Work up to a Heavy Single Back Squat or 3 x 8-10 @ moderate weight (if just learning)

C. For time:
15 Burpees
20 Kettlebell Swings
30 Sit-Ups
40 Wall Balls (20/14lbs)
30 Sit-Ups
20 Kettle-Bell Swings
15 Burpees
*10 minute time cap. 

 

Dan Frankel Competing at Junior Nationals this Weekend

CrossFit Queen Street weightlifter Daniel Frankel is competing at Canadian Junior National in weightlifting this weekend. If all goes well he may even break some Ontario records in the process. Good luck buddy!
