Fitness Level 2

A. Six sets of:
1 High-Hang Clean + 1 Hang Clean + 1 Hang Clean (below knee)
Rest 90 seconds

B. Three sets of:
8 TnG Power Cleans @ 50-60%
*Off ground this week. 

C. Front Squat
Work up to a heavy single. 
- then-
3 x 2 @ 85-90% of single

D. For time:
About 100 Sit-Ups…
