Fitness Level 1

A. 10 minutes of Jerk Technique Work

B. Five sets of:
5 Deadlifts @ moderate
Rest 30 seconds
15-60 second Handstand
Rest 3 minutes

C. AMRAP in 7 minutes of:
3 Thrusters (65/35lbs)
3 Ring Rows
6 Thrusters (65/35lbs)
6 Ring Rows
Etc… 

 

Fitness Level 2

A. Work up to a Heavy Single Clean & Jerk

B. Back Squat
- Take 15 minutes to work up to a Heavy Triple

C. AMRAP in 7 minutes of:
3 Thrusters (95/65lbs)
3 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
6 Thrusters (95/65lbs)
6 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
etc… add 3 each round until the time expires.
